The spinner will help create your own cycle of asanas and add a playful element to the yoga practice. Spin the arrow and choose 3 cards: one from the large circle, one from the medium circle, and one from the small circle. Each card will indicate which asanas to perform. The first asana comes from the small circle (8 cycles of breathing), the second asana from the medium circle (3-5 cycles of breathing), and the third asana from the large circle (3-5 cycles of breathing). If desired, you can always spin the arrow for each circle separately.VINYASA (SUN SALUTATION) 1. Choose the following cards: Elephant, Frog, Dog, Cat, Snake, and Lotus, and place them on the ground. 2. Stand up straight and take 3 deep breaths. 3. Perform the poses in the following order: Elephant, Frog, Dog, Cat, Snake. 4. After the snake, perform the poses in reverse order - Snake, Cat, Dog, Frog, Elephant, and then return to a vertical and straight position. 5. Perform as many sequences as you like, noticing how your body opens up more each time. 6. Sit in the lotus position and enjoy the peace around you.YOGA TAG 1. Remove the following cards from the deck: Dog, Elephant, Spider. 2. Choose one of the remaining cards — this is your safe pose! 3. Memorize the pose of your card and set it aside. 4. Choose the first player who will be 'it'. 5. Start playing tag. 6. If the running player suddenly goes into their pose, they cannot be caught. 7. The game ends when you are tired. 8. Take the starfish pose and relax for a few minutes.NOTE FOR PARENTS Before you start playing, we recommend finding a hard surface with a soft texture. This can also be firm sand on the beach or a green lawn in the park. Ideally, you should find a yoga mat. Consider the time of day when playing yoga cards. If it is morning, choose more invigorating poses — Dog, Spider, Swan, Bee, Peacock, Meerkat, Frog, and in the evening try something more relaxing — Mouse, Lotus, Starfish, Pigeon, Cat, Snake. Children should practice yoga no earlier than 1.5 hours after eating. Guide your children through the poses and help them establish proper deep breathing while holding the pose.
