We are used to the fact that there are many cards with negative effects in card-based tabletop games. 
But what if you made a game with just one negative card? Well, here’s what will happen: the... dynamics and tension in the gameplay will inevitably increase, as each card drawn from the deck will only increase the chance of drawing the dangerous card. 
And we know all about this from the game "Exploding Kittens" — something similar to a card-based Russian roulette with cute and meowing creatures. 5 minutes to learn all the rules. 
Exploding Kittens is a tabletop game with very simple rules. Each player takes a certain number of cards into their hand, while all other cards are placed in the center of the table. We take turns, and on our turn, we can play any number of cards, but afterwards we need to draw the same number of cards from the deck. 
As you can see, it's all simple, and for a full gaming experience, you only need to know 2 main rules: firstly, never draw an exploding kitten from the deck if you don't want to be a loser and leave the game; secondly, if you do draw this card, try to get rid of it at any cost. How to avoid the explosion. For this, there are defuse cards in the game — there are only 6 of them. 
Use a laser pointer on the bomb cat, send it to cat therapy, or feed it mint sandwiches and you are saved, but not for long. The defused cat does not get eliminated from the game, but goes back into the deck and gets shuffled. So why are there other cards in the game? Oh, it is with their help that the most incredible, but extremely fun chaos happens in the game. Use attack cards and make your opponent draw additional cards from the deck. 
But there are no special reasons for joy, because he might have: 

- A Negative Moose that will redirect your mischief. 
- A Unicorn's Kiss that will allow you to peek into the future and see several cards from the deck. 
And, for example, leopard print underwear gives you unimaginable speed and allows you to skip your turn. The deck is running low — tension is rising. 
Attacks unleashed, spells cast, the unfortunate exploding cat has already been defused and returned to the deck 6 times. 
And this means the game is reaching the most interesting moment, as the cursed cat can suddenly fall on anyone and shred them into tiny pieces. And let it be not you.
