60 Minutes of Insights. The Art of Subjectivity

This book consists of 18 hours, 18 separate short sessions-conversations of Leonid Krol with his clients. It is impossible to solve a problem in an hour — but one can do one of the following important things:
— notice their implicit habit, a feature they had not seen before; — receive a vivid metaphor that describes the current situation — and provides a key to its potential resolution; — experience a new feeling and become aware of it; — identify a recurring reaction to life situations; — closely examine what they have always «missed».

This is a book about the beginning of changes. About their initiation. About how to exit the matrix, stop thinking in the same habitual way, how to shake oneself up and see life in a new light. And, of course, about how different we all are — and how to derive value from our features, even those that seem to hinder.

The work of a coach becomes merely a catalyst, a hint for the processes that are triggered within the person themselves.
