"After the Storm" – the long-awaited final part of the trilogy by Swedish author Fredrik Backman about the residents of two rival hockey towns – Björnstad and Hed.

Two years have passed since the events of the novel "We Against You." Everyone is trying to forget the painful events of the past and move on. Maya Anderson and Benji Ovich – the main characters of the trilogy – return home and reunite with family and friends. They feel that life in Björnstad has changed: the townspeople are full of optimism and faith in the future, as their town has gained a new ice palace, meaning that the game of hockey will reach a new level.

But the rivalry between Björnstad and Hed does not subside; on the contrary – it goes beyond the rink. Tension, anger, and unresolved issues spill over into a wave of violence that engulfs both towns. The universal obsession increasingly irritates fourteen-year-old Matteo, who is angry and blames the hockey players for his sister's death. Matteo decides to take revenge, and reckless actions lead to another tragedy.
