While digging wells in search of water, we were surprised to find numerous technologies of the former inhabitants of 5R. Perhaps with their help, we will be able to gain control over the planet.
«Planet 5R» — is a small card game with room for tactics. Each player will become the leader of their clan and will fight for the most important resource on the planet — water, as well as for the technologies of the previous civilizations that inhabited these lands. In each round, you will play 1 card and perform the corresponding action. The player who scores the most victory points for water supplies and acquired technologies will win.
«Planet 5R» combines several mechanics, making the game more interesting and dynamic. You’ll encounter a technology market, from which you can only acquire cards at an auction (by the way, auctions are provided even for 1 participant). By combining technology cards, you not only enhance the available actions but also activate crystals on the cards that will bring VP at the end of the game. Finally, the result of the main actions you perform can depend on the number of players choosing the same action, and here it’s important to pick the right moment to play a suitable card for the greatest benefit to yourself.

How to play?
The game lasts for 15 rounds, during which players, acting as clan leaders, compete against each other for dominance on planet 5R.
Each round consists of 4 phases.
1. Unveiling a new technology. At this stage, the technology card market is replenished.
2. Choosing an action card. Each player selects a card and places it face down in front of themselves.
3. Performing actions. Once all players have chosen cards, each player reveals their card and performs its action. A total of 5 types of actions are available.
- Digging for new technologies: all who chose this action participate in an auction to obtain one of the technology cards from the market. Technology cards can be combined with each other to improve main actions and activate crystals that bring VP.
- Developing water sources: players receive water tokens, the number of which depends on how many players chose this action.
- Pillaging: players can steal water from opponents who played the actions "digging" or "expansion", with the number of stolen tokens depending on the number of players committing the pillaging.
- Reconnaissance: players roll a die and receive water tokens based on the result, and they will be able to play an action card in the next round after other players do.
- Expansion: the player takes all played cards back into their hand.
4. Discarding the played card. The card goes to the player's personal discard pile.
The game ends after the 15th round. Players calculate VP for the water tokens remaining in their reserves and for activated crystals on technology cards. The player who has scored the most VP is declared the winner.
