Neurologopedic Set - Teaching the Sound [Ш], 4+

Before you is a developmental set that will help teach your child how to pronounce the sound [Ш] correctly, as well as increase the volume and stability of auditory attention. Inside you will find 14 double-sided cards: one side features a picture for the child, and the other side contains explanatory information for parents. There is also a card with a character to attract the child's attention.

How to use the set?

Start with the simplest and most accessible exercises from the suggested list.
Gradually increase the number of exercises and strive for the execution of more complex, precise movements.
Exercises must be performed accurately, symmetrically, at maximum amplitude.
Ensure that the movements of the lips and tongue are natural, without tension in the muscles of the neck, nose, or eyebrows.
At the beginning of work, check the correct position of the lips and tongue in front of a mirror.
Perform exercises with a count (an adult counts aloud), initially up to 3–5, and then increase the duration of the exercise up to 10.
Repeat each exercise 3–5 times in a row.
Articulation exercises are best performed in a well-ventilated room. The body should be in a comfortable position, with the chest expanded. When correcting the performance of the exercise, it may be necessary to touch the child's face and speech apparatus with your hands, so you should wash your hands before performing the exercises.

If the child is experiencing a flare-up of any somatic diseases or has infections in the oral cavity, performing articulation gymnastics at this time is contraindicated.
