Mom never loved me. Throughout my childhood, I felt it would be better if I didn’t exist, and I could never please her. Getting straight A's? That’s expected, but I could behave better. A Candidate Master in chess? What nonsense. Earning your own money? That's not something a girl should be doing. Rented an apartment and moved out from my parents? Terrible daughter!

For many years, I searched for a way to fix my relationship with my mom. Hundreds of hours of psychotherapy, seminars on family programs, constellations. I spent an immense amount of time and money. But attempts to dig deeper into childhood traumas only worsened the situation.

Then I decided to take a different approach and developed special practices to eliminate MY grievances. Just a month later, as if by magic, my mom's behavior changed drastically. The criticism and toxic remarks disappeared. She finally started to approve of what I was doing. It worked!
