His graphic novels have won numerous awards, including prizes at the comic festivals in Angoulême, Lucca, and Erlangen. Released in 2013, "One Story" was the first graphic novel to make the shortlist for the prestigious Italian literary prize "Strega" - sparking heated debates about the boundaries of literature.
