Learning to concentrate is not difficult at all!

Cleaning up his room, memorizing a poem, playing with friends — your child can handle it all! If he sometimes has trouble concentrating to finish his tasks, don’t panic. Concentration is just like muscles, and after a little training, children quickly become little champions. Confidence, independence, and calmness are guaranteed.

The book will help you:
• Understand how your child's concentration and attention work: assess his skills, identify strengths and weaknesses. Help him develop these abilities.
• Create a calm environment conducive to concentration: within the family, create a trusting atmosphere (calmness, order, consistency), identify distracting factors (stress, gadgets), and maintain a balanced lifestyle. Calmness is one of the keys to concentration!
• Use all necessary means to maintain concentration. Encourage your child’s ability to focus in accordance with his age and character: offer him exercises, establish rituals, adhere to rules.
