Transformation of Depression. Healing the Soul through Creativity

The focus is on the Jungian approach to the topic of depression. The author examines it from biological, psychological, social, and spiritual perspectives, as well as showing how inner experiences are related to symbolic thinking. A significant place is occupied by active imagination — a method of Carl Jung, related to attention to images and their meanings. Creative self-expression through painting, ceramics, and dance is separately considered in conjunction with psychotherapeutic work.
