Board Game - Connect

Have you heard the phrase "geniuses think alike"? They just synchronized successfully. Today, you will do the same! Split into teams, flip the word cards, and lay out the matching illustration cards. Try to lay out the same cards and earn the coveted token.

How to play?

This is a team game, so before starting, divide into teams. Players from the first team flip the top word card and read aloud the word written on it. Then the opponents start a timer for 5 seconds. During this time, the task for the participants of the team that is taking their turn is to each lay down a card that they think best matches the called word. The cards are laid face down.

If the players did not manage to lay down the cards in 5 seconds, they lose their turn and do not receive tokens. If the players managed to lay down the cards within 5 seconds, they flip them face up.

Team of 2 players: if the cards match, the team receives 1 token (take it from the common pile and keep it next to you until the end of the game). If the cards do not match, the team does not receive a token.
Team of 3 players: if all 3 cards match, the team receives 2 tokens (take them from the common pile and keep them next to you until the end of the game). If only 2 out of 3 cards match, the team receives 1 token. If the cards do not match (all 3 are different), the team does not receive any tokens.
Next, the turn passes to the next team. They take the illustration cards from the team that just played. The word card is discarded, and the players of the team draw a new card. Their task is to read the word and try to lay out matching cards, i.e., synchronize.

The game ends when there are no more word cards left in the deck. After that, teams count how many tokens they have managed to collect. The team with the most tokens wins!
