Pineal Gland - The Supreme Driver of Ontogenesis: The Key to Youth and Aging

Aging is a multi-level process both at the upper levels of regulation (systemic) and at the lower cellular level. In order to develop targeted methods to counteract and curb the overall flow of aging (gerontos), it is necessary to find the correct answer - where the true, primary origins of this general process come from. The author conducted an in-depth analysis of the nature of aging in both the plant and animal worlds. It was revealed that this process is bidirectional: from below, it arises at the level of cells (senescent), the cause of which is epigenetic commitment based on ontophysis, and descends from the upper levels, where the supreme driver of this process is the pineal gland, rather than the hypothalamus as previously thought. Based on fundamental developments, a set of techniques is proposed to influence all levels of curbing the aging process. The dynamics of mutual influence between the upper and lower levels of aging are demonstrated.
