Health, Youth, Longevity. How Magnesium and Nitric Oxide Resist Aging

A deep analysis of the existing causes of aging allowed the author to create his unified theory of "the biology of aging," which is based on the integration of senescent processes (at the cellular level) and senescence (at the systemic... level). The crucial role of magnesium and nitric oxide in regulating senescence at the cellular level is demonstrated. It is precisely senescence (disruption of homeostasis) that determines the mechanism of senescence (disruption of hormesis and vitauct), and along with them, age-related "diseases," which are not actually diseases, but natural anomalies, that is, mechanisms of aging implementation. Only a correct understanding of the essence of aging will allow for finding the right paths to overcome age-related diseases and extend human life through the mechanisms of neoteny (extended youth), which is devoted to the author's next book "The Biology of Youth."
