This deck was born in response to customer requests for a continuation of the first deck of metaphorical postcards "Messages of your kin." The set includes 20 paintings and 20 textual resource messages from the artist, art therapist Olga Zabalieva. The set of metaphorical postcards "Amulets of your kin" allows for a deeper immersion into your current state, to realize your resources and opportunities, to understand what you want, and to improve relationships with your children and parents. Each painting is created with soul and an open heart for women. The set of metaphorical postcards "Amulets of your kin" is intended for:
-individual and group psychological consultations
- trainings and seminars, as a tool for research and correction
- self-diagnosis, as a means of self-knowledge and self-help
Techniques for working with the set:
1. "Woman-resource." This technique will allow you to recognize your current state and understand what your soul desires, with the help of the messages of the kin. Carefully examine the pictures and choose the card that resonates with you the most to the question: who am I now? Why did you choose this card? What is common between the plot occurring in the picture and your life? What would you change in the picture? Ask your kin, how can I make changes in my life? What do I need to do for this and where can I find the resources for change? Draw one more card face down. What do you see in the picture? How is it different from the first card? What emotions do you feel looking at the card? Read the textual message. What does the message mean for you? How can you use it in your life right now? What will you start with?
2. "Value of self." This methodology will allow you to become aware of your attitude towards yourself, your value in life with the help of your kin. Draw 1 card for each question face down. How do I relate to myself? What does the value of self mean for me? What helps me feel my value? What will be the first step towards feeling my own value? Read the message to card 4 as an additional resource.
3. "Energy of kin." This technique will help you better understand your relationship with your kin, see the strong side of your kin, and improve your relationships with your children. Draw the first card face down. Looking at the card, answer the question: What is the strength of my kin? What positive quality has my kin given me? How can I use this resource? Draw the second card face down. Looking at the card, answer the question: What do I need to pass on to my children? How can I do this? What will I start with right now?
