For the umpteenth time, Ray sees the same dream: his beloved, Mirai, is happily smiling against the backdrop of a pink winter sky. However, the dream is replaced by reality, where Mirai's mysterious disappearance remains unsolved... Only three years later, a strange stranger will give Ray a clue and tell him about the Diary, whose power has influenced their world. But how would life have turned out if the Diary never existed?
