Children of God

The return to Earth did not bring peace to the soul of Father Emilio Sandoz. Despite the horrific outcome of the expedition to the planet Rakhat, the Society of Jesus is planning a new mission to Alpha Centauri. The Vatican seeks help from Father Emilio, and he, against his will and overcoming his fear, agrees. Armed with the support of old friends, he embarks on new discoveries. For the future of the children born beyond the Solar System, he must struggle with his own mind and faith.
