The plays of Edward Radzinsky were performed by the brightest stars of our theater: Tatyana Doronina, Natalia Gundareva, Evgenia Simonova, Olga Yakovleva, Iya Savvina, Marina Neelova, and svetlana Nemolayeva, as well as Mikhail Ulyanov, Rostislav Plyatt, Armen Dzhigarkhanyan, Andrei Mironov, Oleg Basilashvili, Oleg Menshikov, Evgeny Mironov, and many others. They were directed by famous directors - Anatoly Efros, Georgy Tovstonogov, Andrei Goncharov, Roman Viktyuk, Valery Fokin… In the late 80s - early 90s, his plays were staged abroad. The American magazine "Backstage" named Radzinsky the most performed Russian author in the west after A. Chekhov.
