Unhappy Marriages

The most common reaction to an unhappy marriage is to withdraw and avoid confronting the problem. Thus, a person distances themselves from their spouse, children, and sometimes even from life itself, hoping that the situation will change one way or another. A person buries their head in the sand, falls into a stupor, after which depression often follows. This approach only complicates the problem. Someone has to take care of the children and, ultimately, of yourselves right now. This escape from problems only leads to a worsening of the situation.
