Child Development History

The child development map is developed based on the approved form of outpatient card 112/u by the Ministry of Health. But this is not just a small album with a title page and pages for notes.
It will be convenient for... pediatricians, district nurses, and parents to work with the map. It can be maintained in a children's clinic and also used by parents independently. Records can be made by doctors from other medical centers where the child was consulted.It includes a vaccination card.
In addition, there is an option to paste in the map the data from laboratory and instrumental studies conducted. As a result, all information about the child's health will be collected in one place.
