This book contains materials from lectures given by the famous Russian writer, psychologist, and martial arts specialist Alexander Nikolayevich Medvedev. These lectures are dedicated to folk medicine and healing practices.
All peoples have their traditional methods of treatment, which have been meticulously gathered and carefully preserved in the memory of generations for centuries, and over time recorded.
