The Philosophy of Smell. What the Nose Tells the Brain

Today, people are too focused on visual images, underestimating their own remarkably acute sense of smell. Science popularizer and cognitive scientist Ann-Sophie Barvich, together with experts in neurobiology, psychology, chemistry, and perfumery, conducted a study in search of answers to the questions: what does the nose communicate to the brain and how does the brain understand it?
