Perhaps these words will bring comfort not only to you but also to save the lives of those you leave behind… Zoe, unable to cope with a... family tragedy, flees from Australia to England. There, she gets a job as a nurse in a hospice. Now her mission is to record the last thoughts of her patients and pass them on to their loved ones. Ben, Zoe's boss, is not pleased that she is so actively interfering in the lives of the hospice residents. But over time, they grow closer and discover that they have much more in common than they thought. Together with Ben, Zoe learns to confront her past and her own grief.
