Very soon, the peaceful, albeit somewhat... boring, vacation is interrupted by a mysterious crime. The handsome photographer Leslie Searle disappears without a trace – and the local police immediately accuses young radio host Walter Whitmore of murder. The police took the girl's testimony, in which she describes in great detail, down to the crack in the round window, the room where she was held. But is her story truthful? After all, the alleged kidnappers Marion Sharp and her elderly mother claim they have never seen this girl. One of them is lying. But which one? Lawyer Robert Blair takes on the impossible task: he must prove the women’s innocence.
