Remote counseling for people experiencing various crisis situations

In recent years, remote forms of interaction among people have gained significant importance. The development of modern technologies has greatly expanded the capabilities of specialists in providing remote psychological assistance. This manual is based on an analysis of the many years of experience of specialists in the psychological service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, both through the emergency psychological assistance hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and on the website of the Internet service for emergency psychological assistance of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. The methodological manual contains recommendations for conducting psychological consultations in the format of telephone counseling, as well as in the format of text exchanges, - single psychological consultations and asynchronous psychological counseling. The manual discusses the features of building counseling sessions according to the format, as well as the specifics of counseling on individual problems. The methodological manual is intended for use by specialists of the psychological service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in remote working conditions, and can also be used by psychologists when conducting remote psychological consultations.
