The Romance of the Dacha. Traditions of the Past, Childhood Memories, and Cozy Country Life of the Present

The wonderful blog owner Daria Levina (daryadarcy) rediscover the traditions of the past: let's peek into an old dacha and immerse ourselves in warm childhood memories of our great-grandmother's house with carved shutters.
We will spend a happy year away from... the city, bake pies using the recipes of Sofia Tolstaya and the sisters Tsvetaeva, treat our loved ones to Siberian cake with bird cherry, Vyborg pretzels, and mom's cinnamon rolls, and decorate the holiday with honey gingerbread and apple caramel. 
Following Daria's engaging lessons, we will create a cozy and striking decor in the house and on the porch, and make a lovely dacha diary with our own hands.
We will find our country style and learn how to gradually turn an old Soviet building into a house from a fairy tale.
