Logic is no more. It passed away in Saint Petersburg under mysterious circumstances. Her funeral is organized by the insane who have seized power in a provincial psychiatric hospital and established a cult there. And everything goes its warped course until an uninvited guest appears at the wake — Tikai Agapov, Logic's childhood friend and the main contender for the deceased's apartment in Petersburg. Thus begins the matte-black comedy «Restlessness», where the roof of existence falls off, laughter greets death, and Daniil Kharms meets David Lynch.
