It is the year 12021. A technically and magically advanced world is inhabited by various fantastical beings. Seymour, an insecure dragon from a small town, enrolls in the Lukomorye University of Magical Sciences. Here, Seymour hopes to become an educated and valuable member of society. But reality is not so bright: the professors are biased, the classmates are lazy, and the dormitory neighbors – mushroom gnomes – indulge in merriment every day, not allowing the poor fellow to even take a peaceful nap. Thus begins the "carefree"
student life of the modest Sily.
And who knows what else will happen!
