Снежная королева = The Snow Queen

The book is an adaptation of the fairy tale by the famous Danish writer Hans Christian Andersen "The Snow Queen" in English. It is one of the best fairy tales by the great writer, widely known in our country. It tells the story of how a child's love and sincere friendship helped dispel the evil spells of the treacherous ruler of the snow kingdom.
After each chapter, there is a commentary and translation of difficult words and expressions, as well as exercises aimed at checking comprehension of the text, practicing vocabulary and grammatical constructions, and developing speaking skills. New words are included in a vocabulary at the end of the book, prepared by N.I. Krolik.
