It is hard to imagine modern culture without Netflix — a giant with billion-dollar profits, a leader and revolutionary in the entertainment industry. The Netflix culture is unique. In it, people are prioritized over processes, and innovation takes precedence over efficiency. Employees are paid above market rate, but they can be let go (with a generous severance package) for good performance because exceptional results are expected. At any level, they are required to give and receive feedback, and in return, they are given complete freedom: there's no need to get vacation time approved or strictly account for travel expenses.
