The goal of the game is to win bets by assembling the highest possible poker hand or forcing opponents to fold. The coolest combination is the royal flush, which consists of five high cards of the same suit. The most popular version of poker is Texas Hold'em. Two players to the side of the dealer make blind bets - blinds. Each player receives two hole cards during the pre-flop. Then three community cards are dealt face up on the table (the flop), followed by a fourth card (the turn) and a fifth (the river). After each such phase, there are betting rounds. Players can use their hole cards and the community cards to form a combination of five cards.
