My Theatrical Life

This is the story of a famous playwright. All of his difficulties and victories. The plays of Edward Radzinsky were performed by the brightest stars of our theater: Tatyana Doronina, Natalia Gundareva, Evgeniya Simonova, Olga Yakovleva, Iya Savina, Marina Neelova, and Svetlana Nemolayeva, as well as Mikhail Ulyanov, Rostislav Plyatt, Armen Dzhigarkhanyan, Andrei Mironov, Oleg Basilashvili, OlegMenshikov, Evgeny Mironov, and many others. They were directed by famous directors — Anatoly Efros, Georgy Tovstonogov, Andrei Goncharov, Roman Viktyuk, Valery Fokin… In the late 80s and early 90s, his plays were performed abroad. The American magazine Backstage named Radzinsky the most performed Russian author in the West after A. Chekhov.
