In an attempt to cure a rare blood disease, Dr. Michael Morbius doomed himself to an insatiable thirst for human blood. He became a living vampire.
Now Morbius seeks to rid himself of his curse and prevent a demonic cult from unleashing hell on Earth. He has formed an alliance with Amanda Saint, whose sister is one of the leaders of the Fire Demons cult. Catherine Saint, also known as the Poisonous Lark, has only two goals: to bring the forces of hell to Earth and kill Morbius and Amanda.
Morbius and Amanda pursue the cult members and head to New York, determined to stop the Poisonous Lark at all costs. But unexpectedly they come across an underground fight club where various monsters battle each other, and Morbius becomes the star of the arena, forced to kill or be killed…
