Viktor Sonkin — philologist, specialist in Western European and Slavic literatures, journalist, simultaneous translator, and teacher, one of the leaders of the Borisenko — Sonkin seminar (MSU), whose participants prepared anthologies of detective novellas «Not Only Holmes» and «Just Not the Butler».
