Plan for Two Million

The small sleepy town of Big Belly was shaken by the astonishing news: Ilya Kuptsov, the son of a thief who stole budget money, will throw two million dollars off the balcony of the local hotel! Retirees insist that the entire sum should go to them, former convicts are planning a daring robbery, and some are convinced that this money should not be taken for reasons of human pride. And no one knows that these millions have already been verbally divided between the governor of the region and the chief of police.
