Dear friend! The idea for these notes was born from a warm scene in the movie 'The Help'. Imagine, the nanny every evening before bed would say simple words with the little girl: 'I am smart. I am beautiful. I am an important person.' She wanted the girl to believe them and grow with a sense of her worth. This is because the words we often say about ourselves gradually take root in us with deep roots. That's how we came up with this project. Here you will find short inspiring phrases. It's good to sometimes take a pause to listen to yourself and your feelings about what you've written. You can fill in just a couple of lines and return to the page later. You can do it consecutively or randomly. Do as you like. Write calmly, don't rush, and remember: the most important thing here is not perfectly even letters, but that feeling of support and inner strength that will stay with you.
