The book presents practical experience in the habilitation and rehabilitation of deaf and hard of hearing children of preschool and school age in different educational and upbringing conditions – at home, in kindergarten, and in school. This experience is based on the theory underlying the psychological and pedagogical "System for the Formation and Development of Speech Hearing and Speech Communication in Children with Hearing Impairments," which has existed since 1966.
