This notebook is based on the method of the renowned American psychiatrist, popularizer of cognitive-behavioral therapy theory, David Burns. The ideas of Burns' bestseller "Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy" form the basis of this notebook, which will help you accept negative emotions, see their constructive power, and learn to cope with anxiety, guilt, low self-esteem, and other states that make life difficult and sometimes unbearable.

Use this notebook when you feel anger, irritation, resentment, guilt, or other emotions that hinder you. Written meditation will calm your nervous system, help you understand your feelings, and teach you to work gently with them.
