Inner Boundaries. How to Stop Wasting Yourself

The new book by Terry Cole, author of the international bestseller 'Healthy Boundaries', translated into 18 languages and sold in a circulation of over 111,000 copies.
In it, an expert in psychotherapy addresses the issue of high-functioning co-dependency – a state where outwardly successful people take on too much and do work that others could do on their own. In doing so, they ignore their own needs and gradually burn out.
The author explains how to recognize this state in oneself, shares cases and examples from practice and her own life, and teaches how to separate others' expectations from personal desires.
The book combines a gentle tone and a clear structure: in each chapter – affirmations, exercises, tests, reminders, and tasks for self-analysis. All to go through a complete healing journey and start doing not 'too much', but 'exactly what is needed'.

Who is this book for?
For those who often say 'yes' to avoid conflict and feel drained.
For those facing burnout, fatigue, and the feeling that 'life is passing by'.
For everyone who wants to learn to separate others' expectations from their true needs and stop living in the mode of 'constant rescuer'.

From the author:
Do you often say 'yes' to avoid conflict, and then feel tired and irritated? Do you feel that everything will collapse without you, and you must always help, solve, support? If you recognize yourself, you probably have high-functioning co-dependency.
I wrote this book for women who are always on standby – for super friends, super moms, and successful professionals who outwardly cope with everything but are internally exhausted by the constant 'I must'.
These patterns are rooted in childhood and the culture that teaches us to put others above ourselves. But this can be changed. In the book, I share personal experiences and practices that helped me and my clients stop living for others' expectations, learn to see their true desires, and take care of themselves. Change is possible – and it will start here.
