Imperfect Dispute

Vika lost her mother, and her step-sister had to arrange guardianship so that the girl wouldn't end up in an orphanage. Now Vika will have to study at a private school for the children of oligarchs, where her sister teaches.... The school has its own rules: senior students place bets and participate in some game that led to a tragic event last year. No one knows what really happened. Or maybe someone is just concealing the truth. Vika unexpectedly becomes a participant in the game and wants to find out what happened to her predecessor. And to learn who is to blame.
The narrative is told from the perspective of Vika and Nikita - a young man who is attracted to her. The plot covers different time periods.
