Everything is Within You. A Workbook for Self-Knowledge

This workbook is associated with the book "Everything is Within You. The Psychology of a Fulfilling Life": it contains 175 texts of observations-reflections-awareness, while here are 175 tasks for your observations-reflections-awareness. The numbering of the tasks corresponds to the texts... in the book. The questions in this workbook do not have and cannot have specific "correct" answers, but at the end of each task, there is a suggestion to notice, name, and experience the feelings that arise only for you. If you find any task difficult to complete, it’s not a problem; you can return to it later or skip it altogether.

The tasks in the workbook can be completed both independently and in parallel with reading the book (read the text – complete the corresponding task), and there is also an option to proceed in a purely intuitive order (for example, you opened the book in the morning to a random page – read the text and completed the corresponding task in the workbook).
