At the Edge of Life

Five years ago, the familiar world ceased to exist: an epidemic killed millions of people and doomed the survivors to an endless struggle for existence — and a struggle against those enslaved by the virus. Margo does not remember the world before the catastrophe due to a trauma sustained on the first day of the epidemic. Together with her first friend in this changed world, she joins a small community that hides from prying eyes and tries to survive, relying only on themselves. But one reckless action by Margo — and her friends find themselves in danger, while the peaceful life in the community comes to an end. All because of one captured enemy.
