In a southern Russian city, an earthquake occurred. The epicenter, according to the official version, supposedly fell right on the newest residential complex "Heavens," although the strongest tremors were felt by residents in other parts of the city. But everything... survived there, while in "Heavens," all the buildings collapsed completely. A huge number of casualties and injuries. When the first shocks began, lawyer Artyom Pavlov, unfortunately (or fortunately?), was conducting an inspection of the implementation of a social program precisely in this area. Finding himself among the ruins, he immediately joined the rescue efforts alongside Emergency Situations doctor Veronica, her friend the Fiddler, and volunteers. How surprising it was when Pavlov pulled out from under the rubble a nearly undressed man, who turned out to be... the mayor of the city. He did not reside in the house that collapsed. A car with a security escort soon arrived for the official, and the police immediately cordoned off the rubble. At the mayor's request, the rescuers began searching for something. No, not people, but some very valuable item…
