The city that was once a magnet for the successful and driven has become a harsh arena for survival. Towering skyscrapers stand as monuments to a bygone era, overgrown with vines. In the narrow alleys, forgotten offices, and grim dungeons, only the breath of the apocalypse can be felt, bringing destruction and despair.

Manhattan has become the largest prison in the world. In this world where time flows slowly, and every prisoner is doomed to wander the streets of oblivion for eternity, there are still brave souls left. But even they doubt whether they will reach their goal... Will they be able to escape from New York?
