"A.D.E.L.: Alien" introduces a full module for 3-4 players that fundamentally changes the gameplay. Now, the player controlling ADEL is on the same side as the human players, while the player controlling the unknown alien stands against them. In addition to the new module, the box also includes a scenario book for the base game "ADEL": you will face a landing on Mars, a battle with a mad robot, a race against time, and... attempts to identify the traitor who ADEL secretly embedded in the crew!Attention! "A.D.E.L." is a semi-cooperative game dedicated to surviving on a spaceship. One player takes control of the ship's systems and opposes the others, predicting the actions of crew members. Each astronaut will have their own ability, starting item, and unique characteristics that must be taken into account when planning actions. The players controlling the astronauts will use action dice to decide what to do this turn: they must allocate them behind special screens to hide their intentions from ADEL's watchful gaze.How to play?
One of the players takes on the role of the antagonist – ADEL. The other players become the crew members. The game board represents a spaceship where all events take place. To achieve victory, the crew members must reach one of two goals: either shut down ADEL or escape the ship before the game round token reaches the point of no return. To do this, they will have to search the ship for various items and deliver them to the necessary compartments.However, this will not be easy, as the player controlling ADEL will impede the other players by managing all the ship's systems from their console tablet: blocking doors, shutting down control terminals, limiting oxygen in compartments, turning off lights, and even starting fires.In addition to moving inside the ship, the crew can also move in open space, but they must first find a spacesuit. The game lasts a fixed number of rounds, depending on the number of players. Time will be pressing, so we recommend not wasting it.Who won?
If the crew members managed to achieve one of their goals before the end of the last round, they win. Otherwise, the player controlling ADEL gains complete control of the ship and wins!Attention!
