The Girl from the Well

I am where the dead children of Okiku end up – a wandering, restless spirit. For centuries, she has roamed the world, helping the deceased find peace. Three hundred years ago, at a young age, she herself became a victim,... and now she devours the soul of anyone who has harmed children. One day, Okiku's attention is drawn to a strange outcast neighbor teenager, Tark, whose body is completely covered in moving tattoos. Those around him fear him, and only Okiku knows that he is not a monster. The tattoos barely restrain an evil spirit within him, and in mirrors, he often sees a woman in black robes with a mask on her face. Tark needs to rid himself of the curse, and only Japanese miko, priestess mediums, can help him with this. There is only one problem: if the demon dies, his host will die too.
