Threads of the Daughters of the Night

As far as the living know today, the world is one only because it is ruled by two deities — the Great White and the Great Black — life and death. Their will is conveyed through the Order of the Daughters of the Night — girls weaving under the moon white blankets of blessing and black ones — harbingers of imminent death. In Riata, a queen perishes, and her son goes to study in distant lands. A girl destined to become the Weaver is kidnapped by a madwoman. Years later, at the dawn of a new history, their paths will intertwine, swapping light and darkness, while simultaneously destroying everything they believed in to the foundations.
