Tabletop card game for explaining words - Positivius by syllables

We present a popular word-explaining game in a new rendition! Yes, there are still words on the cards that need to be explained. But this time it will be done in the way determined by the die. And most importantly — by syllables! For example, how to explain the word "straw"? Here we go: SO — "owl"; LO — "shovel"; MA — "raspberry". 

How to play? 

For the game, you will need a die, which is not included in the set. If you don’t have a die, use an online dice generator. Players can play either individually or in teams. Let’s consider the rules for team play. A player from the first team rolls the die, which determines the method of explanation. Then the player draws the top card from the deck. Meanwhile, the opposing team members set a timer for 1 minute. The player's task is to explain the word on their card within 1 minute. But this must be done as follows:

1. Divide the word into syllables. Words on the cards can consist of 2–3 syllables. For example, "sails": PA-RU-SA.
2. Explain each syllable separately in the manner determined by the die. You can decide in what order to explain the syllables. The main thing is that the team members do not get confused.

Your friends must guess each syllable, and then assemble the word and say it out loud. Only in this case, the team receives the card. If the team fails to name the word within the allotted time, that card goes to the discard pile. 

Next, it’s the turn of the next team. Their player also rolls the die, then draws the top card from the deck and tries to explain the word by syllables within the time limit. The game ends when one team collects 8 cards. The team that does this wins!
