MOM.FREEDOM TO BE YOURSELF – a therapeutic transformational game aimed at working with the image of the mother, with the goal of improving the quality of life.

DAD.SUPPORT.STRENGTH.CONFIDENCE - a therapeutic transformational game aimed at working with the image of the father.
The game is intended for sons and daughters. The game can be played alone.

GOAL OF THE GAME MOM.FREEDOM TO BE YOURSELF:
-Let go of grievances, claims against mom
-Understand what was missing in the relationship with mom and how this deficit can be replenished
-Identify the key problem: work through experiences regarding the image of the mother, transform it
-Fill the image of the mother with resources
-Understand the reasons for recurring life scenarios and find new ways to solve them
-Restore and feel the flow of maternal love
-Receive support from the facilitator and the space

The game may be useful if you are concerned about issues such as:

-Cannot let go of grievances, claims, unnecessary expectations
-Feelings of guilt towards mom
-Strong attachment to mom, lack of separation
-It’s difficult for you to establish personal boundaries in relationships with mom
-Cannot accept yourself, love yourself and your body
-Feel that you are not living your life
-Understand the reasons for recurring life scenarios
-Want to reveal your femininity

GOAL OF THE GAME DAD.SUPPORT.STRENGTH.CONFIDENCE:
-Separate the perceptions of mom, relatives, grandparents about dad from your own
-Identify unmet needs, find new ways to satisfy them
-Transform the image of the father, fill it with positive memories and emotions
-Work through negative parental injunctions
-Restore and feel the flow of paternal love
-Receive support from the facilitator and the space
-Receive messages and resources from dad, accept them

-Negative feelings towards father that you want to let go
