Witching Hounds. Dragons of the Valley of Light

The Valley of Light is an unusual place. It is home to minch-wiggens, tiny creatures with pointed ears, mustaches, and tails. And also the Witching Hounds, about which no one knows anything at all - for this is one of... the Three Great Secrets. It is ruled by the young queen Felicia, whose parents, it's said, were kidnapped by a dragon... What could they all possibly have in common? However, one day, a minch-wiggen named Semechka finds a real puppy of the Witching Hounds in his trap. The puppy was fleeing from a mysterious creature that had kidnapped its parents. Could it be that a dragon is to blame here too?! When this villain also carried away the Soaring Forest, Felicia, Semechka, and the puppy decide to put aside all their differences and unite to defeat him.
