Curfew

July 1941. In his apartment, the retoucher artist Zinovy Grass is found shot dead. Major Ivan Danilov, head of the anti-banditry department, suspects that this is not a suicide but a crude staging. Detectives begin the investigation, and soon it becomes clear that Grass's death is the work of the bandit Shirokov, a member of a dangerous gang led by the fascist Abwehr.
